Transformation & Restructuring
Company title changed to DMK Architecture Construction Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.; restructured as a single-shareholder company via share transfer.

Partnership Structure Strengthened
Single-shareholder status ended with a share transfer. The company entered a new growth phase with two partners in construction, agriculture-livestock, and renewable energy sectors.
